VORZA Privacy Policy
Draft for review — legal entity, launch date and contact details must be confirmed before launch.
[launch date]
VORZA is made by [The Guide Sites legal entity name] ("we"). This policy covers the VORZA apps for Apple TV, iPhone and iPad, and this website.
The short version
- VORZA has no ads, no tracking and no third-party analytics in the app.
- You don't create an account with us.
- Your programs, branding, photos, sounds and scores stay on your devices and in your own iCloud account. We can't see them.
- On this website, we collect your email only if you give it to us.
What the app stores, and where
- Your gym's setup (programs, schedule, brand colors, logos, photos, slides, sounds, settings) is stored on your devices and synced through your own iCloud account using Apple's iCloud and CloudKit. Apple handles that storage under Apple's privacy policy.
- Scores and athlete names you enter for scoreboards and leaderboards are stored the same way. Only enter names you have permission to use.
- Purchases are handled by Apple. We never see your payment details.
Permissions the app asks for
| Permission | Why | When |
|---|---|---|
| Camera | Scan the code on your Apple TV, take photos for logos and slides, read a whiteboard workout | Only when you use those features |
| Microphone | Record your own timer sounds | Only while you record |
| Photos | Pick images for your logo, background and slides | Only the photos you choose |
| Local network | Connect your phones to VORZA on your Apple TV over your Wi-Fi | While VORZA is open |
| Apple Music | Show and control what's playing | Only if you allow it |
| Notifications | Ring the bells and show the countdown when your phone is locked | Only if you allow it |
Photos, recordings and whiteboard images are processed on your device. Class tidy-up with Apple Intelligence also runs on the device.
The phone remote
The phone remote is a web page served by VORZA on your Apple TV, over your own Wi-Fi. It doesn't pass through our servers.
