VORZA Terms of Use

These terms are between you and [The Guide Sites legal entity name] ("we"). By using VORZA you agree to them, along with Apple's Standard License Agreement.

Using VORZA

• You may use VORZA for your gym, studio, school or your own training.
• Don't copy, resell or reverse-engineer the app.

Your content

• Logos, photos, slides, sounds and names you add stay yours. You're responsible for having the rights to use them, including members' names and photos.
• We don't receive your content. It lives on your devices and in your iCloud account.

VORZA Pro subscriptions

• Pro Monthly renews every month and Pro Yearly every year unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Payment is charged to your Apple ID.
• A free trial, if offered, turns into a paid subscription at the end unless you cancel before it ends.
• Manage or cancel in your Apple account's Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Safety

VORZA is a timer and display tool. Coaches are responsible for running safe classes; don't rely on the app as your only safety signal.

No warranty, limited liability

VORZA is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or incidental losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us for VORZA in the past 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the date above. Continuing to use VORZA means you accept the update.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [New Jersey, USA].
